What this guide covers
How to join Floasis, sign in, and use My Floasis — the member dashboard at /portal.
Before you start
You need a valid email address. Floasis uses magic links (email sign-in links) — there are no passwords in the current member experience.
Steps
1. Join Floasis
- Go to Join (/join) and complete the join application.
- Check your email for a Floasis magic link.
- Open the link — it is single-use and expires after a limited time.
- Complete your initial profile details when prompted.
2. Sign in later
- Go to Login (/login).
- Enter the email address on your Floasis profile.
- Open the magic link from your email to start a new session.
If the link has expired or was already used, request a fresh link from the login page.
3. Explore My Floasis
After signing in you land on My Floasis (/portal). From here you can reach:
- Events I'm organising — events you submitted or own
- Events I'm involved in — events where you have accepted participation
- Opportunities — event opportunities to perform, volunteer, or teach
- Profile — your core details, photo, performer profile, and contribution history
4. Complete your profile
Open Profile and fill in the core fields Floasis needs for participation: name, phone, suburb/region, and required agreements.
A profile photo is optional but recommended when you apply to perform at events.
Profile photos must be JPG, PNG, or WebP and 10 MB or smaller. Photos are stored privately and are not shown publicly unless used in an authorised performer review workflow.
What happens next
With a complete profile you can set up your performer profile, browse event opportunities, respond to invitations, and submit events.
